Jason Nicholas Ranni Founder & Chief Executive Officer 

Jason Nicholas Ranni is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-potential technology and consumer hardware ventures. 

In 2020, Jason founded Boardwalk Bicycles, an electric-mobility company focused on innovative urban transportation solutions. He assembled a world-class distributed team spanning four continents and advanced the company through R&D and prototype development. Based on the strength of its intellectual property, design pipeline, team, and market positioning, the company received third-party investor valuations of approximately $10 million during the pre-commercial stage. 

Previously, Jason founded and led Benchmark Resourcing, a technology talent and consulting firm that he bootstrapped to sustained seven-figure annual revenue. In this capacity, he established strategic partnerships with executive leadership at Long View Systems, CGI, SNC-Lavalin, and other leading North American enterprises. 

Beyond entrepreneurship, Jason has served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, where he has overseen operating and capital budgets reaching eight figures. He has also directed complex construction-related mediation and litigation against large-scale condominium developers, successfully negotiating a multi-million-dollar settlement on behalf of stakeholders.
